We're looking for a passionate, relationship-focused Future Student Advisor to join our Marketing and Future Students team. About the Role

As a Future Student Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You'll build meaningful relationships, provide personalised advice, and help future students discover the course that's right for them.

Working closely with the Future Students Team Leader and Marketing team,



you'll manage enquiries across multiple channels while contributing to recruitment targets and delivering an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with prospective students through phone, video meetings, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide accurate, personalised course advice and guide students through the admissions journey.
- Meet and exceed student recruitment and conversion targets.
- Proactively contact enquiries and applicants through outbound calling campaigns.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records and manage prospective student pipelines using the CRM.
- Represent Alphacrucis at expos, open days, webinars, school visits and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve campaigns, student communications and recruitment initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with university policies and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Future Students team.
