Please note you will be required to work on-site Monday-Friday between the operational hours of 8:45 am- 5:15 pm.
This is a full time, parental leave cover opportunity until September 2027.
Some responsibilities include:

- Managing diaries and appointments for Financial Planners; proactively follow up pipelines and client requests;
- Preparing, reviewing and pre‑verifying documentation so transactions are complete and ready for processing; liaise with Client Administration Services;
- Resolving client queries with clear, factual information; elevate complex or complaint matters appropriately;
- Maintaining tidy client‑facing spaces and support smooth in‑office operations; and
- Contributing to a strong risk, compliance and wellbeing culture—own your commitments and work safely, every day.
How do you exceed our expectations?
The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
- Proven experience in client service or administration (financial services or advice highly regarded);
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner;
- Swift, accurate data entry and strong attention to detail; and
