About therole

Thispart-time position supports Council’s Capital Delivery team throughcoordinated administration, contract management and projectsupport. Working closely with project managers andstakeholders.

Thisis a fixed-term part time role ending on 7 July 2027, workingThursday and Friday each week. These days are fixed and cannot bechanged, so applicants must be available to work both Thursdays andFridays for the duration of the appointment.

Youwill maintain project records, support reporting and scheduling,assist with procurement and contract administration, and help applyCouncil’s project management processes.

Aboutyou

Youare an organised and proactive administration professional withexperience in projects, procurement, contracts or business support.You are confident working with records, systems, reports anddocumentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and timelysupport.

Youcan manage competing priorities, work with minimal supervision andbuild positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders tosupport strong project outcomes.

Keyrequirements for the role

- 2–3 years’experience in business administration, procurement or contractmanagement.
- Experiencesupporting projects and contract administration.
- Currentunrestricted Queensland “C” class driver licence(essential).
- ConstructionIndustry White Card
- Certificate inBusiness,



Project Administration or similar isdesirable.
- Confident usingMicrosoft Office and enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne,Oracle Aconex or CAMM is desirable.
