The Opportunity

As a Service Controller, you'll be the heartbeat of our busy workshop, coordinating the daily workflow between customers, technicians and our administration team.

Working in a close-knit office team of three and our experienced workshop technicians, you'll ensure every service job runs smoothly from the initial booking through to vehicle collection.

Every day is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and making things happen.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and managing incoming service enquiries
- Scheduling workshop bookings and preparing job cards
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Completing warranty claims
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Working closely with technicians to ensure jobs stay on schedule
- Delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish

About You

Experience is valuable,



but attitude is everything.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicates well, stays calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

If you have an interest in caravanning, camping or the outdoor lifestyle, that's a bonus—but certainly not essential.

You’ll bring:

- A friendly, professional phone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and email (a large part of the role)
- Fast, accurate typing skills are essential
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a workshop, automotive or service environment (preferred)
- A current driver’s licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 40hr week

Occasionally, additional hours may be required during busy periods, including earlier starts (7:00am), later finishes (5:00pm) or the occasional Saturday morning (8:00am–12:00pm).
