We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to support a major, multi-year cyber security uplift program within a complex critical infrastructure workplace. You will lead multiple enterprise-scale cyber security projects from initiation through to implementation, working with cyber specialists, technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors and senior leaders.

The role

Reporting to the Cyber Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise cyber security projects
- Managing budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and governance
- Ensuring project delivery aligns with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (SOCI Act) and the Enhanced Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program Rules
- Coordinating technology, cyber security, business and operational teams
- Managing external vendors and third-party delivery partners
- Translating technical and regulatory requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting the implementation of enterprise security controls across areas such as IAM, PAM, network segmentation, Zero Trust, MFA, DLP,



PKI, SASE and Active Directory

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

- At least 10 years’ experience delivering complex cyber security projects within large organisations
- Current working knowledge of the SOCI Act and Enhanced CIRMP Rules
- The ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical project scope, controls and governance
- A sound understanding of IT, operational technology and enterprise cyber security controls
- Knowledge of AESCSF, NIST, ISO 27001 and the Essential Eight
- Strong experience managing project governance, vendors and third-party delivery partners
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
- A recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent Agile certification
- A cyber security certification such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC, along with experience in utilities or critical infrastructure, will be highly regarded
