If you've worked behind a bar, on the floor, in events or front of house, you already have the exact skills we're after — reading people, staying switched on under pressure, and turning a stranger into a regular. At Think Renewable, we're building a team of former hospitality people who want more money, real career progression, and no more closing shifts.

You'll be out engaging with homeowners and booking qualified appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants. No standing behind a bar for eight hours — this is face‑to‑face, on‑your‑feet, real conversations every day, and you're home at a normal hour.

The Role

Starting genuine conversations and engaging with homeowners

Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities

Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists

Working towards individual and team sales targets

Delivering a great customer experience while building trust

Hit the ground running every morning — recent territory, live coaching, daily targets, and a team pushing you to be better

What We Offer

$65,000 - $90,000 OTE

Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
