WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A SENIOR OT TO LEAD THIS NEW DIVISION. THEY WILL HAVE THE FULL SUPPORT OF OUR EXISTING TEAM AND DIRECTORS. Part-time applicants can also apply.

We have a fantastic prospect for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, integrate with our 15+ OT's and Speech Pathologists & expand our team into this new space. We have the work and business to business relationships. We just need the right person, who wants to take this opportunity, build something amazing, and accelerate their career.

Who are we (currently):

We are a community based Occupational Therapy company. We currently assist clients predominantly in the NDIS paediatric space, and are looking to expand, due to demand, into Occ Med, Rehab Management, Workcover & DVA. We are a company who values holistic, patient centered care while supporting our practitioners with professional development packages. Our amazing and growing health team comprises of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants. We also maintain strong ties with our other affiliated organizations that deliver Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Podiatry. We are looking for an experienced passionate professional to join our team as we look to expand our service provision into the Occ Med space.

Type of work we intend to deliver:

You & Me OT, has a number of contracts and large providers wanting our services in the following areas: Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Worksite Assessments and Ergonomic Evaluations, Pre-employment and Fit-for-Duty Assessments, Return-to-Work Programs and Coordination, Home and Vehicle Modifications Assessments, Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and File Reviews, Rehabilitation Case Management.

We also complete a number of assessments and intervention services: Functional assessments, Falls risk assessments, Cognitive assessments,



Home safety assessments, Mobility and transfer training, Strength and balance programs, Activities of daily living retraining, Equipment prescription and training, Home modification recommendations Chronic condition management.

The successful applicant will require:

Experience as a Occupational Therapist in Occ Med / Rehab space.

Current Accreditation and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain before employment commencement)

Working with children check

Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients and other health professionals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

Competent in computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and software programs.

Passion for ongoing learning and progression

Driver’s license
