We are looking for two exceptional Activity Assistantsfor our Eaton Social Centre in the South West. Reportingto the Social Centre Co-ordinator, you will run programs thatpromote social engagement for our clients. You will also provideclient transport as required.

These roles will be offered on acasualbasis at the Eaton Social Centre.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver programs, activities and outings for clients.
- Assist in meal preparation with clients.
- Undertake productive and safe client transport using a busto and from the Centre.
- Previous experience in a Therapy or Activity Assistantrole.
- Skills in providing client centred, meaningfulactivities
- Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply forone
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations – minimum ofone covid vaccination and 2026 flu vaccination.




- Certificate 3 or 4 Allied Health Assistance or Certificate3 Aged Care or Individual Support (Aged Care or Home andCommunity Care).
- Demonstrated knowledge of local community services.
- LR Class Drivers licenceor willingness to obtainone.
