Job Description:
As a key member of our dental team,



you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
smooth operation of our practice while providing exceptional care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures from Family Dentistry
to Orthodontics and Implants
Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental
treatment procedures.
Ensuring appropriate dental records are maintained.
Managing inventory of dental supplies.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Sterilisation and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
Supporting reception staff when needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:
Certificate 3 or 4 in dental assisting advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice. (Experience overlooked for an
exceptional candidate with an eagerness to learn and passion for the industry).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High level of maturity and professionalism.
Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Ability to exude sincerity, warmth, and confidence in patient interactions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work harmoniously within a team and contribute to a collaborative work
environment.
