Our Defence client is seeking a Project Support Officer / Junior Project Manager to support a critical period of project testing and trials. This short-term contract will provide additional support to the project team through reporting, stakeholder coordination, project controls, and schedule management activities.

Working closely with the Program Manager and broader delivery team, you will help ensure project activities remain on track, information is accurately captured, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the testing phase.

- Contract length: 3.5 months, possibility to extend
- Location: Adelaide, in office requirement
- Clearance required: NV1

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Project Manager and wider delivery team with day-to-day project activities
- Assist with project reporting, schedule updates, documentation, and action tracking
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and follow up on key actions




- Support risk and issue tracking across the project
- Gather project information and provide updates to internal teams and customers
- Assist with customer trial coordination and project meetings

About You:

- Experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager role
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Active NV1 Clearance
- Defence industry experience
- Experience with project reporting, scheduling, or project controls
- Confident working with stakeholders and supporting project teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
