Endeavour Group’s Golden Beach Tavern in Caloundra is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the floor and guest experience during busy periods. You will supervise a large team, collaborate with the Publican, and uphold gold-class hospitality across a dynamic venue.
A hands-on role with solid operational instincts and current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence is required. You’ll contribute to a vibrant coastal atmosphere and support delivering exceptional service across all shifts.
