About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and support the Production Estimating team while ensuring the accuracy, consistency and efficiency of estimating outputs.

You will play a key role in maintaining estimating standards, improving systems and processes, supporting construction operations, and developing team capability across both local and offshore resources.

Success in this role requires strong residential construction knowledge, leadership capability, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead,



mentor and support the Production Estimating team on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate workflow, priorities and resource allocation across the estimating function
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve quality, efficiency and consistency
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and construction stakeholders
- Provide technical advice and support across the broader business
- Review estimating trends and contribute to purchasing and cost improvement initiatives

Master BOQ & Estimating Support

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will:

- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Master BOQs
- Review and elevate site constraints, shortages, supplier delays and cost overruns
- Ensure estimating documentation is accurate and aligned with selections and construction requirements
- Coordinate QA reviews against Master BOQs and established checklists
- Attend site meetings when required and assist with variations and site-related estimating matters

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience within residential construction estimating or production support
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisation, planning and workflow management capability
- A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
- Sound understanding of residential construction methods and documentation
