Daily Rate: $950 - $1050 per day
Start Date: 3rd August
Location / Office: Melbourne CBD, with 3 days in the office
About the role
This is an opportunity to step into a dynamic change function that operates at the heart of Supply Chain projects, with impact across the whole organisation.
To be successful in the role, you'd have to be happy to come into the tail end of a project delivery (we appreciate this is a challenge!) and drive engagement and momentum across the upcoming go-live and deployment dates.
The project is quite exciting; it's designed to streamline and synchronise the supply chain planning process across all business units through an integrated software solution. There is a high level of change maturity and engagement amongst stakeholders, making the circumstances of this opportunity ideal to bring a fresh perspective and positively influence delivery & deployment.
As the Change Manager, you'llown the change delivery, partner closely with a dedicated Change Analyst and Training Lead, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. You'll also play a meaningful role in championing change capability and helping build towards a centre of excellence.
If you thrive on stakeholder engagement, love bringing people on a journey and know how to drive adoption while keeping business disruption to a minimum, we'd love to hear from you.
Change Management
Map impacted stakeholder groups, partner with SMEs to understand change impacts, and develop tailored plans that minimise disruption and drive adoption. Collaborate with the Change Analyst and Training Lead to stay ahead of risks, assess end-user readiness throughout the project lifecycle, and bring comms & training plans to life.
Keep change delivery consistent and provide meaningful feedback to project teams.
Leadership
Show up with energy in team meetings, coach senior leaders and managers on change practices, and partner with Training to deliver a change strategy that sticks, with minimal disruption along the way.
Experience You'll Bring

- Leading large-scale, complex organisational change (fast-paced environments are your happy place)
- Technology platform implementations - highly regarded
- Managing change impacts across people, processes and systems

Skills That Set You Apart

- Collaborative, adaptable and cool under pressure with competing priorities
- Robust communicator - written and verbal
- A natural relationship builder who can influence across all levels
- Sharp business acumen with a knack for spotting organisational challenges before they become problems in the Supply Chain space
