Southern Cross Community Healthcare is seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to assist elderly clients in their own homes across the St Georges Basin and Nowra region. You will provide domestic and personal care assistance, accompany appointments, assist with meals and medication prompts, and help with daily tasks to support independent living.

The role offers versatile shifts (2–3 hours) across Mon-Fri, requires a current driver's licence and car, and mandatory screenings and certifications.
