Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented casual Breakfast Cookto join our kitchen team.

As Breakfast Cook — this is a great opportunity to work in a scenic & supportive environment.

About the Role

You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality Breakfast meals across restaurant service and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room

Present an restock our country breakfast buffet

Maintaining a clean, protected, and well organised work area

- Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service

Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

- Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shifts





What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential

Experience in similar roles ishighly regarded

Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles

Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
