We are seeking experienced and reliable Security Officer / concierge to join our team.

This role is ideal for security professionals who have strong building security experience, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a strong security presence throughout the centre

Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarms, and security systems

Conduct patrols and maintain a safe and secure environment

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations

Assess and manage security risks and potential threats

Manage access control and contractor movements

Complete incident reports, logs, and relevant documentation accurately

Liaise with retailers, centre management, contractors,



and emergency services when required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Solid communication and report-writing skills

A proactive approach to security and customer service

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
