We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing for the implementation and integration of the Optima platform within a complex healthcare setting.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration between Optima and surrounding enterprise systems, including HRIS, payroll, workforce management (rostering), and operational platforms.

Description

- Define and deliver the end-to-end test strategy for Optima implementation
- Establish test governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
- Lead testing for integrations between Optima and HRIS systems, Payroll platforms, Workforce management/rostering systems
- Validate data flows, APIs, and system interfaces
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and security compliance
- Work closely with business, IT, and vendors

Profile

A successful Optima Test Manager should have:





- Proven experience in test management within the technology department of the healthcare industry.
- Experience with Optima platform, healthcare rostering / workforce optimisation systems
- A strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of testers.
