We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced person to join the Healthy Loddon Campaspe team, as a health broker in the Loddon Shire.
The primary focus of this role is to support the planning and delivery of the Healthy Loddon Campaspe activation projects to ensure successful project delivery and support health and wellbeing across the Shire.
The Loddon Health Broker will work across Council and community to build health and wellbeing into decision making, for improved health outcomes.

This is a part time, fixed term position, to 31 July 2027, based in our Wedderburn office.
About you:
- demonstrated knowledge of health promotion, population health, community development and place-based approaches
- understanding of systems thinking, collective impact and community-led approaches, with the ability to identify leverage points that influence long-term health and wellbeing outcomes
- developed analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to interpret demographic, health and community data to inform strategic planning, policy development and evidence-based decision making
- ability to influence organisational and partner decision-making by embedding health and wellbeing considerations into strategic planning, policies and service delivery
