About Teeth On Wheels

At Teeth On Wheels, we're passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children.

Every year, we provide dental care to thousands of children across Victoria through our mobile dental clinics, working closely with schools, families and communities to make oral healthcare more accessible.

About the Role

Reporting to our leadership team, you'll play a key role in attracting, supporting and developing our people while helping create an exceptional employee experience.

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate recruitment, welcome new team members, support our leaders, strengthen our culture and continuously improve the way we support our team.

As Teeth On Wheels continues to grow, this role offers genuine opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop into a future leadership position within our People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment from advertising through to onboarding.

- Review applications and identify outstanding candidates.

- Coordinate interviews, reference checks and employment offers.

- Deliver a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.

- Support leaders with day-to-day people and culture initiatives.

- Coordinate probation reviews and employee development.

- Assist with training, team engagement and culture initiatives.

- Maintain employment records, contracts and HR documentation.

- Work alongside our offshore HR Administrator to ensure smooth HR operations.

- Continuously improve people systems,



processes and the overall employee experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and helping teams succeed.

You'll ideally have experience in recruitment, HR, office management or people coordination, with experience in healthcare, education or service industries highly regarded.

You'll also be:

- Passionate about people and workplace culture.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- A confident communicator who builds robust relationships.

- Proactive, positive and solutions focused.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
