Our client is a premium womenswear retailer seeking an experienced Area Boutique Leader to oversee a portfolio of stores across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established retail leader who enjoys working across multiple locations, developing Store Managers and driving consistent commercial performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring each boutique is operating to a high standard while supporting teams to achieve their sales and customer experience goals.

The Role

As Area Boutique Leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your allocated stores. You'll work closely with Store Managers to identify opportunities, strengthen team capability and ensure each boutique reflects the brand's standards.

This is a hands-on role that will see you regularly visiting stores, working alongside Store Managers and teams, analysing performance and providing practical support where required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the performance of multiple womenswear boutiques
- Supporting and coaching Store Managers to achieve results
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the area
- Reviewing store performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing strategies to maximise sales and customer engagement
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing retail talent
- Conducting regular store visits and performance reviews
- Ensuring consistent customer service and brand standards




- Supporting visual merchandising and store presentation
- Monitoring staffing, rostering and labour requirements
- Managing stock performance and identifying opportunities to improve sell-through
- Supporting Store Managers through performance management and development
- Communicating key business updates and priorities to store teams
- Building strong relationships across the wider business

About You

We're looking for an experienced multi-site retail leader who is commercially focused, highly organised and confident managing multiple teams and personalities.

You'll be someone who can move between stores comfortably, understand what each team needs and provide transparent direction while allowing Store Managers to take ownership of their individual boutiques.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous Area Manager, Cluster Manager or multi-site leadership experience
- Strong background within womenswear or fashion retail
- Proven success managing multiple stores or locations
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance
- Experience coaching and developing Store Managers
- Strong recruitment and people management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong understanding of customer experience and clienteling
- Commercial confidence with the ability to analyse store performance
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A hands-on and supportive leadership style
- A genuine passion for womenswear and premium reta
