We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic, dedicated Airline Account Executive to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the airline cargo or logistics industry. You may already have some exposure to cargo, freight forwarding, customer service, sales, or logistics coordination, and be ready to take the next step into a commercial role.
Working closely with senior team members, you will assist with account support, customer communication, reporting, and day-to-day commercial activities while developing your knowledge of the cargo market and airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of customer accounts and day-to-day account activity
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
- Assist with quotations, pricing support, and sales administration
- Help identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, including F2F sales & tele sales
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support smooth service delivery
- Prepare reports, account updates, and general commercial administration
- Monitor market activity and assist with customer follow-up
- Provide timely support in resolving customer enquiries and service issues
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, CRM tools, logistics, freight forwarding, or airline cargo is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in the airline cargo industry
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
