About the Business

Our client is a prominent national real estate franchise group with a growing corporate team based in Brisbane. This role sits at the centre of their national operations and franchise support function, a business that takes the performance of its network seriously and invests in the people who support it.

About the Role

This is a hands-on support and training role that exists to set offices up for success. You'll be the go-to person for both new and existing offices across the network, helping them implement systems, build effective processes and get productive from day one.

You'll work primarily on a one-to-one basis with Office Managers and administrative staff, but you'll also need to be comfortable delivering training to small groups when required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the onboarding and induction of new franchise offices, getting their systems and processes in place from day one
- Providing ongoing training and guidance to Office Managers and administrative staff across the network on business systems, processes and procedures
- Assisting with the rollout and implementation of new franchise products, services and policies across existing offices
- Driving innovation and improvements to current systems and administrative workflows




- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a network wide policy and procedures manual
- Devising and implementing new administrative systems that improve back-end operational efficiency

About You

- Robust background in real estate sales administration, you know exactly how the back-end of a residential real estate office runs
- Current industry certification and a valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle
- Tech savvy with solid CRM knowledge and strong computer skills generally
- Confident communicator with a clear, professional phone manner and corporate presentation
- Comfortable both imparting knowledge to others and taking direction
- Organised, proactive and thrives on making a genuine difference to the businesses you support
