ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2028 is seeking a Ticketing Operations Manager to translate ticketing strategy into operational plans, lead venue delivery and manage key suppliers. You will drive venue readiness, inventory control, digital ticketing and customer experience across allocated venues in Australia and beyond.

The role requires five years of ticketing operations experience, robust budgets and supplier management, with travel across host cities and evenings/weekends during peak periods.
