We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Operator to join our client's pre-mixed concrete plant in Wodonga, VIC.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of machinery operation, computer-based tasks, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch concrete orders using computerised systems.
- Operate front-end loader and other plant machinery.
- Monitor production metrics and ensure quality output.
- General yard duties and plant cleaning.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
About You:
- Experience in concrete batching (highly regarded).
- Front-end loader and/or forklift operating experience.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a safety-critical environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Requirements:
- White Card.
- Front End Loader ticket (essential).
- Must be able to confidently undergo pre-employment testing and medical checks.
