About the Role

As the face of our business, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers with their tyre, servicing, and automotive needs.

Your Day Will Include

- Providing expert advice on tyres, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance

- Building long-term customer relationships through trust and exceptional service

- Managing front counter and telephone enquiries professionally and confidently

- Preparing quotes, invoices, workshop bookings, and customer follow-ups

- Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians

- Assisting in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and high-performing store environment

- Opening and closing the store as required





- Processing point-of-sale (POS) transactions and maintaining accurate records

- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail experience in a face-to-face environment (Preferable in Tyre & Automotive)

- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Stock control or stocktaking experience (preferred)

- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Sound business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

- High levels of integrity, reliability, and professionalism

- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

- Solid organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
