At the Andaz Gold Coast Pool Club, every shift moves with energy. We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader who knows how to bring people together, keep service flowing and create a poolside experience guests remember.

The role

As F&B; Team Leader, you’ll support the daily operation of Pool Club while leading colleagues on shift. You’ll be present on the floor, setting the pace, guiding the team and making sure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

You will:

- Lead and motivate Pool Club colleagues during service
- Coordinate daily floor operations, section allocations and breaks
- Deliver warm, confident and productive food and beverage service
- Maintain strong product knowledge across menus, cocktails and beverages
- Support opening, closing, cash-handling and stock-control procedures
- Respond to guest feedback with care and sound judgement
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
- Coach colleagues in the moment and help create a positive team culture
- Work closely with culinary, bar and hotel teams to keep service seamless

Qualifications

About you





You bring personality, pace and attention to detail. You enjoy being part of the action and know how to lead without losing the joy of service.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leader role within a restaurant, bar, hotel or high-volume venue
- Strong food, wine, cocktail and beverage knowledge
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
- Confidence leading a team in a busy, outdoor environment
- Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
- A current Queensland RSA certificate
- Full Australian working rights
