Business Performance Coach

About The Role

As a Business Performance Coach, you’ll mentor and support a portfolio of studio owners across Australia and internationally.

You’ll work closely with business owners to:

- Increase revenue and profitability
- Improve retention and member experience
- Develop stronger teams and leaders
- Create accountability and execution
- Build scalable businesses that can operate without owner burnout

This role is heavily focused on:

- Group coaching and leadership
- Strategic business mentoring
- Client engagement and retention
- Performance and accountability
- Long-term relationship building

You’ll join a fast-moving, high-performance culture where ownership, responsiveness and leadership are expected.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for self-starters with commercial leadership experience and a strong understanding of business growth.

Ideal backgrounds include:





- General Manager / Area Manager within fitness or wellness
- Studio Manager or Performance Manager
- Former studio owner or multi-site operator
- Existing Business Coach or Consultant
- Franchise performance/support leadership
- Growth or customer success leadership within the fitness industry

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have strong leadership capability
- Understand KPIs, sales, retention and operational performance
- Can confidently hold business owners accountable
- Are proactive, responsive and highly organised
- Have excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Bring positive energy and high standards
- Have a strong social media presence and are comfortable online
- Want to be fully immersed in a growing business and culture
