Our client is a global express and parcel delivery leader, operating one of the largest cross-border networks in the world alongside a thriving e-commerce delivery business. They are expanding rapidly across Australia and investing heavily in their local network.
About the role
You will track logistics quality performance, pinpoints where the network can improve, and works with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly logistics quality metrics, including damage and loss rates, presenting findings clearly across operational nodes
- Identify emerging quality issues, pinpoint root causes, and produce regular analytical reports for stakeholders
- Work with relevant business units to develop and implement corrective action plans that meet quality KPIs and targets
- Design and deliver training on logistics quality standards and operational procedures to relevant teams
About You
- One year of experience in operations, quality improvement, or operational control, with logistics or e-commerce background a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to simplify complex operational problems
- Proactive and logical, with a solid track record of following through
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is highly regarded
