A well-established public practice firm in Dubbo is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who wants genuine flexibility without giving up quality work.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of business and individual tax clients from preparation through to finalisation
- Preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Providing tax planning and structuring advice tailored to client circumstances
- Pro active mindsight with management reporting for clients to build out their business
- Liaising directly with clients and building long-term relationships
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
What We Are Looking For
- Someone who enjoys working with primary production clients
- Minimum 4 years experience in Australian public practice
- Strong technical knowledge across tax, financial statements
- Confident communicator comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
- 2 days work from home each week
