This is a senior, client-facing position in which you will manage a portfolio of retained clients and serve as their trusted HR advisor. You will provide guidance across Fair Work matters, enterprise bargaining, performance management, workplace investigations, workforce planning and leadership development. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be trusted to deliver commercially sound advice, build lasting client relationships and become the person clients rely on when navigating their people challenges.

Responsibilities

- Own a retained client portfolio as their embedded senior HR advisor.
- Deliver advice across Fair Work, EBA, unfair dismissal, protections.




- Lead termination and disciplinary processes in office for all clients.
- Respond to ad hoc HR enquiries from project clients with confidence.
- Write policies, contracts, investigation reports, and HR procedures.
- Facilitate team development, leadership workshops, and HR trainings.
- Log ClickUp records accurately after every single client engagement.
- Contribute to monthly client reports drawn from your system entries.

About You

- Confident to make calls and stand behind them.
- Comfortable across multiple clients and industries at the same time.
- You go from strategy to a resignation letter and never lose quality.
- You document thoroughly. You know it protects the client in the end.
- Clear communicator on-site with business owners and their directors.
- Genuinely interested in the businesses you advise and their success.

Essential Skills

- 5+ years in senior HR, advisory, consulting or generalist roles
- Strong Fair Work knowledge, including EBA and dismissal matters
- Managed enterprise bargaining agreements from start to finish
- Conduct workplace investigations and documentation independently
- Develop HR policies, procedures and employment documentation
- Experience across performance, change and restructure projects
- Skilled with CRM, project tracking and document management
- Background in consulting or multi-client HR environments is ideal
