Hy-Tec is looking for motivated and reliable Concrete Batchers to join our team across various Sydney metro locations, with multiple permanent full-time positions available.

As a Concrete Batcher, you will play a key role in our day-to-day operations — accurately combining and dispensing premix concrete materials for delivery to customer sites. If you're someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in getting it right and is looking to build a career in the construction materials industry, we want to hear from you.

Based across our Sydney metro plants and reporting to the Plant Manager, these roles operate on day shift with some night work required. You'll receive thorough on-the-job training and genuine opportunities to grow within the Hy-Tec and Adbri business.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate computerised batching plants accurately and efficiently
- Operate a front-end loader for materials handling
- Manage materials ordering and stock levels
- Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
- Complete administration tasks as required
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement

About You

- Committed to health, safety and environmental requirements
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy, quick-paced environment
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude




- Front-end loader competency preferred but not essential
- Concrete or construction materials experience preferred but not essential
- Available to work day shift with some night work as required
