About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Instructional Designer / Learning & Development Content Developer to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge learning content in close collaboration with subject matter experts. Your work will directly enhance the professional growth and capability of our workforce, delivering engaging, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

- Design & Develop Content: Create a diverse range of flexible learning resources, including instructor-led training, blended learning, and self-paced online modules.
- Leverage Adult Education Principles: Apply contemporary instructional design theories and methodologies to evaluate, refine, and elevate learning materials.
- Multimedia & Technology: Utilise modern tools to build engaging eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
- Champion Accessibility: Develop inclusive content that caters to diverse adult learners, accommodating various learning preferences and strict digital accessibility best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance, managing pilot testing, and gathering feedback for iterative improvement.
- Culture & Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, exploring emerging technologies to future-proof our learning solutions.

About You

you bring a passion for modern learning technologies and a strong background in educational design.
Essential Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and content creation
- Proven proficiency in Articulate 360
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Highly Regarded:

- Formal education or instructional design qualification
- Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility best practices
- Graphic design skills
