GemLife Group is seeking an experienced Civil Operations Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure across our national residential developments. You’ll drive performance, value management and contractor coordination while reading designs and identifying efficiency improvements.
The role reports to the National Civil Construction Manager and requires hands-on leadership of Area Managers, with coordination across Civil, Electrical, Structural and Landscape teams.
