We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise-wide transformation program within a large Queensland organisation. This multi-year initiative is focused on modernising technology platforms, enhancing service delivery capabilities, and establishing future-ready digital foundations across the business.
Working within a cloud enablement and integration program, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a consumption-ready Microsoft Azure platform capability. This is a highly technical position requiring solid experience working across cloud infrastructure and platform delivery initiatives, with a particular focus on Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and discovery activities to define business, technical and operational requirements.
Elicit, document and manage requirements across Azure platform, governance and operational readiness workstreams.
Develop and maintain requirements traceability, process documentation and supporting artefacts.
Support design reviews, governance approvals and decision-making processes.
Work closely with architects, engineers,
vendors and operational teams to ensure successful platform implementation and transition into support.
Assist with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to delivery planning, risk identification and dependency management across the program.
About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within cloud infrastructure, cloud platform or cloud transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform concepts including:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Subscriptions and Management Groups
- Governance and Policy Frameworks
- Networking and Connectivity
- Security and Operational Controls
Experience supporting technical delivery teams, solution architects and cloud engineers.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and requirements management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within complex enterprise environments and navigate governance processes.
