About the Role

We are looking forDiploma Qualified Educators (or actively working towards Diploma) to join our team of professional Educator's. We are looking for Educator's who will support our learning philosophies and is prepared to undergo supported and paid professional development. You will have an experienced educational team supporting your integration into our service to help you succeed in the role.

What you’ll bring:

An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification ( or working towards) with experience in the sector

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.

Skill in observing children's progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.





Ability to contribute to educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.

Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.

Ability to uphold the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation.

Willingness to undertake continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations and service

Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Key requirements

The successful applicant needs to have:

An approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards this qualification

NSWWorkingWithChildren Check

GECCKO National Child Safety Certificate

Child Protection (CHCPRT025)

First Aid, CPR , Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates

National Police Check (or willingness to undertake)

Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to undertake)

The ability to work part of a team and display a high level of initiative

Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and proven ability to embed in practice

Understanding of the National Quality Framework

Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and digital

Understanding of Child Protection Legislation and Child Secure Standards

Willingness to undertake professional development

Demonstrated experience in the Early Childhood Setting

An ability to establish trusting, positive relationships with children, families and other professionals

A fun, rewarding and supportive working environment
