The Role:

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing tenant relationships and enquiries




- Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day operations
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Processing applications and onboarding recent tenants
- Ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout the tenancy lifecycle

The Candidate:

- Previous Property Management experience required
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Experience with PropertyMe is highly desirable
- A proactive team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service
