Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth for yourtown’s Art Union program.
This role brings together insight, creativity, data and commercial discipline to grow our supporter base, strengthen loyalty, improve lifetime value and ensure every campaign is compelling, brand aligned and commercially effective.
The role also provides leadership to a small team across growth marketing, social content and marketing coordination.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Art Union marketing strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with organisational objectives and supporter insights.
- Develop annual and campaign-specific marketing plans across digital, social, email, direct and paid media channels.
- Lead messaging, positioning and creative direction for each Art Union draw, including campaign assets, photography and videography direction.
- Using data to drive acquisition strategies to attract new customers, improve conversion and optimise cost efficiency.
- Coordinate integrated campaign delivery across channels, ensuring activity is timely, aligned and performance-focused.
- Manage agency,
vendor and supplier relationships across media, PR, creative, photography, videography, design and content production.
- Monitor the Art Union marketing budget, track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
- Use data-led insights to inform strategy, segmentation, targeting, supporter experience and continuous improvement.
what we are looking for
You are an experienced, data led marketing leader who knows how to balance brand, revenue and customer experience. You are commercially sharp, creatively confident and comfortable leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
You will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and retention strategy development.
- Strong capability in campaign messaging, positioning and creative direction.
- Experience using data insights to optimise campaign performance and supporter engagement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and supplier management skills.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to innovate, optimise and improve marketing activity.
Experience in fundraising, lotteries, gaming or subscription-based marketing would be highly regarded, as would knowledge of customer relationship management, digital advertising, search engine marketing, analytics, user experience or platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HTML, Google Analytics or Power BI.
