As a Centre Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre.With the steadfast support of the Manager Early Years, the Coordinator EarlyYears, and the Quality and Governance Administrator, you will uphold thehighest standards of care, education, and engagement.

In this role, you will:

- Manage daily centre operations, includingstaffing, rostering, and parent communication.
- Inspire and support Educators and Teachersthrough coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive culturethat values teamwork and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations andstandards.
- Prioritise children’s safety andwell-being, adhering to policies and procedures.

What you will bring:

- Diploma or Degree qualified in EarlyChildhood Education or a related field or have extensive experience in Early Years environments.
- Experience in supervising, motivating, anddeveloping staff.
- Strong understanding of early childhooddevelopment and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational,and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively and build apositive team culture.
- Current First Aid, CPR certification, driver’slicence and Working with Children Check.
