The Role:

The Store Associates [Full time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
- Providing exceptional service at shop floor,fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
- Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
- The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a flexible roster.

Working Hours:





This ismainly afull-time roleand requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.

Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.

Structured training and career developmentwith promotion and pay increase every 3 months.

Highly competitive pay starting from $28/hour for permanent employees aged 18 and above only, plus super and weekend loading where applicable.
