We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing Finance team.

Reporting to the Commercial Accountant, this is a hands‑on role that will give you exposure to a broad range of finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, reporting, and general finance administration. You'll play an important part in ensuring our day-to-day finance operations run smoothly while working closely with an experienced team that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent chance for someone early in their finance career who is looking to develop their skills in a varied role. Key Responsibilities

- Processing supplier invoices, expenses, and payment runs




- Assisting with accounts receivable and customer payment allocations
- Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting payroll administration and employee expense claims
- Assisting with month‑end reporting and finance tasks
- Maintaining finance systems and supporting process improvements
- Providing general administration support to the Finance team
- Assisting with compliance, audit, BAS, and reporting activities

About You

- Previous experience in an accounts, finance administration, accounts payable, or accounts receivable role
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- An interest in automation, technology, and improving processes is highly regarded
