Del Rio Riverside Resort is seeking an experienced Chef to take sole charge of the kitchen, lead the kitchen brigade and deliver high-quality food across restaurant and function service. You will oversee menu planning, cost control and staff training on a seven-day roster.
Based at Wisemans Ferry NSW, the role requires relocation or reliable commuting, 38 hours per week, with nights, weekends and public holidays. Salary is AUD 80,000–85,000 per year plus statutory superannuation.
