Austworld is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team in SYD. This full-time position will see you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy warehouse. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to maintaining our high standards of customer service and stock management.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods and materials
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining the warehouse in a clean, organised, and protected condition
- Assisting with the management of inventory levels and stock control
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently




- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
