We're excited to be partnering with one of Australia's leading professional services organisations to find a People Administrator to join their growing People team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their HR career who's looking to build strong foundations in a supportive, high-performing environment.
You'll be joining a collaborative People team where you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, working alongside Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners and People Advisors. Better yet, this business has a genuine track record of promoting from within, with this opportunity created following two recent internal promotions.

You've already had some exposure to HR Administration and you're ready to take the next step.
You're organised, proactive and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy supporting people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to take ownership when something lands in your inbox.

Day to day
No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the People inbox and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Preparing employment contracts and employee documentation
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Processing employee changes including promotions, salary increases and leave
- Supporting graduate and early careers recruitment programs
- Coordinating inductions, training sessions and People events
- Maintaining employee records across HR systems
- Assisting with reporting, compliance tracking and People projects
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and future HR system enhancements
What's in your toolkit?
Must-haves:
- Around 12+ months' experience in HR Administration or a similar People role
- Exposure to employee lifecycle administration
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience using an HRIS
- Exposure to onboarding and recruitment administration
- Experience working in a corporate or qualified services environment
- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) Human Resources or a related discipline
