Responsibilities

- Design and develop air and sea freight solutions for cross-border and international logistics projects across AU & NZ.

- Support commercial negotiations with shipping lines, airlines, freight partners and forwarders.

- Integrate multi-party resources to deliver competitive, reliable and cost-effective transport solutions.

- Support major cross-border supply chain projects with end-to-end transport solution design.

- Drive regional freight forwarding revenue growth and improve carrier and resource competitiveness.

- Analyse market capacity, rates and routing options to optimise solution performance.

- Work closely with sales,



operations and overseas partners to ensure successful solution implementation.

- Maintain solution documentation, pricing models and commercial proposals.

Requirements

Proven experience in international sea freight, shipping, aviation, or cross-border logistics solutions.

Robust communication skills in internal and external.

Experience in large-scale cross-border supply chain projects is highly regarded.

Solid understanding of air freight, sea freight and international trade operations.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, service and risk.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.

Results-driven with the ability to take ownership of regional freight revenue performance.

EXCEPTIONAL English communication skills (written and verbal) are MUST.

Strong proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role, as the position requires daily communication with our China-based headquarters and reading/writing internal documents in Mandarin.
