Salary range $125,000 - $145,000 + superannuation
Skillset is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Human Resources Manager to join our clients successful and growing organisation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this influential role will partner with leaders across the business to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes. You will be responsible for supporting workforce performance, fostering a positive workplace culture, leading people initiatives and ensuring compliance across all areas of human resources.

About You
You are a proactive and results-oriented HR professional with a strong understanding of contemporary human resources practices and employment legislation.
You bring a people-first approach while maintaining a commercial mindset and the ability to influence positive organisational outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline with tertiary qualifications at Degree level highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years' Human Resources experience in a generalist or business partnering capacity
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation awards and workplace relations
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives
- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeing
- Experience managing Return to Work programs,
including coordinating suitable duties and supporting successful workplace reintegration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using HRIS and people management systems
- Current SIRA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Well-developed analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business systems
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice and support
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Support performance management, employee development and succession planning initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations and conflict resolution
- Coordinate and manage Return to Work and workers compensation processes
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
- Support organisational change, restructuring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver meaningful HR metrics, workforce reporting and insights to executive management
- Maintain employee records and HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Champion workplace culture, engagement,
wellbeing and safety initiatives
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
