Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
Location: Albury, Regional NSW
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role
About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve secure and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

- Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
- Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
- Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
- Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
- Full Australian working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
