TRK Property Group are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join their growing integrated Development team. This is an exciting role, where you will be working across a pipeline of high-end, premium multi-residential projects in prominent locations in South East Queensland. Our pipeline of projects up to Brisbane 2032 Olympics is in excess of $2.5B in Gross Revenue. TRK is continuing to build the pipeline beyond Brisbane 2032, and this will contribute to gross revenue exceeding $4B in value. This is an opportunity for an energetic Residential Sales person to drive the success both individually, and for the TRK developments well into the future.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Founder, Development Director, and the internal Design Management team, and be heavily involved in sales strategy and the evolution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Managing project marketing sales and channel partners
- Working closely with Development Director to analyse sales data, benchmarks, and pricing in areas of the TRK Developments.
- Working with Development Director to develop sales strategies and programme for each project
- Management of agency partners
- Engagement with the internal and external marketing teams, coordinating project launches and content releases to the market.
- Management of sales suite inspections, attendance, and collateral
- Customer experience and journey through to handover
- Database management (project and sales) and enquiry follow-up
- Processing sales contracts and liaison with legal representatives
Key Requirements:
- Experience in project marketing and sales, especially in the Multi-Residential (Build to Sell) sector.
- Established connectivity with international and national Channel Sales partners is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, colleagues, project partners, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and the property development industry.
- Work in a cooperative team environment, demonstrating leadership and innovative strategic thinking.

- Fortitude Valley's James St Precinct;
- South Brisbane's Fish Lane and Riverside precincts;
- Kangaroo Point and East Brisbane growth corridors, close proximity to Cross River Rail and Gabba redevelopment precincts
- Milton centre in close proximity to Suncorp Stadium and riverside active transport corridor
- Indooroopilly in close proximity to the retail centre, transport, and education catchments
