The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide AI, automation, and digital initiatives. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap, with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale programs across various technology domains, developing and presenting business cases to senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working. A key aspect of the role is to provide strategic oversight of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, and technology governance, while also partnering with senior executives to identify new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and growth.
