About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth in South East Queensland. Based at our Beenleigh branch, you will manage a small, dedicated team. Your core focus will be driving revenue and expanding our customer base. This role requires a hands-on leader who loves business development. Experience in equipment rental is essential. Candidates with access equipment experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Growth: Actively identify and secure new commercial and industrial accounts across SEQ.

- Lead the Team: Mentor, motivate, and manage a small, high-performing sales and operations team.

- Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and maximize account value.

- Strategy Execution:



Implement strategic sales plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Market Awareness: Monitor local competitor activity and construction project pipelines in the region.

Skills and Experience

- Proven sales background within the equipment rental or hire industry.

- Specific experience with access equipment (EWP, boom lifts, scissor lifts) is a major advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold a small team accountable.

- Strong network within the SEQ construction, civil, or industrial sectors.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
