Dash Group Trades & Labour is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our construction labour hire desk in Brisbane.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, moving quickly, and building a strong pipeline of workers across construction sites. You’ll work closely with our consultants and account managers to keep jobs filled and workers ready to go.

This is a rapid-paced blue-collar recruitment environment, so organisation, energy and the ability to talk to people all day are key.

The Role
You’ll focus on sourcing, screening and registering candidates across construction trades and labour. This role will progress into a Recruitment Consultant once the successful candidate is ready for advancement in their career.

Responsibilities include:

- Sourcing labourers and trades across job boards, databases and referrals
- Screening candidates and conducting phone interviews
- Registering candidates and checking licences, tickets and right-to-work
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-work labourers
- Calling past candidates and generating new leads for potential clients




- Coordinating workers for site placements with the recruitment team

What We’re Looking For

- Strong phone communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with candidates all day
- Motivated to work in a performance-driven team
- Ideally someone who wants to advance their career and become atop billing consultant over the next year.
